How long will it take to receive my order?

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. After shipping, delivery typically takes 6–8 business days depending on your location. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Depending on your device, you may also see accelerated checkout options (e.g., Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). All payments are securely processed.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Email support@smashpriceshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes. We run promotions from time to time. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to know.

What should I do if I forgot to apply a discount code?

Contact support@smashpriceshop.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped and the code was active, we can usually apply it retroactively (or issue a partial refund/store credit). One code per order; some exclusions may apply.

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking hasn’t updated for several days—or you believe the parcel is lost—email support@smashpriceshop.com . We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns by mail within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email support@smashpriceshop.com to receive your prepaid return label.
