Return and Refund Policy
At Smash Price Shop, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.
Returns:
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
· The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
· You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
· Contact us at support@smashpriceshop.com to request a return. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
· Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Exchanges:
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
